Monte Carlo

Monte Carlo, Micranthemum tweediei if you want to get technical, is the aquascaper's darling for a reason, forming a dense round-leafed carpet that hugs the substrate tighter and greener than most alternatives on the market. It wants moderate to high light and steady CO2 to really flatten out into that signature lawn look, though it'll still grow upright and looser without it. Propagates fast through runners once established, and it's soft enough underfoot for corydoras and shrimp to graze through without shredding the leaves. The catch is patience during the early carpeting phase, it sulks a bit after planting before it takes off.
